The percentages of teens aged 12 to 17 who reported that they perceived great risk in having five or more drinks of an alcoholic beverage once or twice a week were 38.2 percent in 2002, 38.5 percent in 2003, 38.1 percent in 2004, and 38.4 percent in 2005. The percentage of teens indicating a great risk in having four or five drinks nearly every day had been stable between 2002 and 2004, but rose from 61.8 percent in 2004 to 63.8 percent in 2005.
